This is just a fyi on the above flavor of your ice cream. When I first had it months ago,it had me hooked and became my favorite. It had so many cherries and the flavor was outstanding. I probably bought one a week if not more. NOW the last 3-4 is nothing but plain vanilla ice cream and I am lucky to find even one cherry. And I don't need to say that your product is far from cheap. I don't know if you have changed the way you make this product or if you have an outside vendor. I am half way through another that I bought and same old story. I don't know if I should look for another maker of this kind of ice cream. I hope not. Thanks for listening and God bless Karen

I was born in Oregon, raised and always loved Tillamook cheese and later other wonderful products. You have the worse packaging and opening of your products. Ive been so happy that I can now find your products in different states. I now live in Maryland and had purchased Tillamook Provolone Farm style cut cheese. It was impossible to open. I had to destroy the packaging to open the product. It was very difficult and disturbing. Why do you and other companies make it so difficult to use your products.?

Unhappy with customer service

I purchased a brownie bar and a hamburger. The cheeseburger was delicious but your brownie that was plant-based was horrible. I almost threw up and I asked her if I can just exchange it for another product or just return it. I just bought it like a minute ago and she said sorry you already bought it. I just thought the service would be a little bit more lenient since the product was just not tasting.

Preferred solution: I would like a refund on that horrible plant-based brownie. I’m not asking for the whole refund. The burger was great, but she would not take back the brownie. I hardly took this mobile and it was horrible.

Butter doesn't even taste like butter

I noticed it has "natural ingredients" which means, over 200 chemically inhansed ingredients derived from a natural ingredient. Why would you even need to put this in butter? I notice over 3 years ago, sour cream also not natural, ice cream has multiple guar gums, which are a "natural" ingredient, highly processed. I give up. Will not be buying anything from Tillamook other than cheese, until that becomes fake. They are loosing their "brand" and reputation.

User's recommendation: Please don't buy this brand/flavor. Just buy regular vanilla. There is no difference or go to a different company for a cherry ice cream which I did.

We have been purchasing your Medium cheddar brick from Costco for years. The last one we bought was horrible? Did you change something or did we just get a bad batch? I dont want to buy another and have to throw the whole thing out again if you are doing something different.

(OTHER EMAIL REFERENCED THE OTHER PACKAGE) Shipped To: Jerome & Cornelia Sapiro 30 BALCETA AVE SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94127-**** US Track Your Shipment: 390609****22 THE OTHER TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN IS NOW, AT 3:52 PM (MST) A FULL HOUR LATER, THEY BOTH (STILL) GIVE THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I CLICK ON THE LINK: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time." First of all, I am not pissed at anyone. Reporting something is Not right. Probably mishandling with Warm and Cool environments. Same thing from Same store happened with my CB White Cheddar slices. I touch and it crumbles. Thanks for your time and consideration. J Reeds

Instead of spongy chunks of cake in the ice cream, could you ever make one with birthday cake frosting lines mixed in? Or have both? Kinda like the monster cookie with lines of peanut butter and crumble pieces of cookie with M&Ms. LOVE the ice cream! I'm a big fan! Just some thoughts :) I'm definitely sugar crazed

Bad labeling, bad support. I purchased Provolone not noticing small-print smoked in lower corner. Customer service has been unresponsive. I got an email suggesting I get legal advice. Pissed Consumer is an unprofessional and offensive moniker. Trying to file a complaint has been really complicated.

Their ice cream does not have ingredients as it shows or says on the container, no peaches in peach, no berries in some ice cream that has a picture of a piece of pie. In other words it is fake! False advertising and they should be ashamed of themselves for misleading consumers.
